Business teams frequently encounter evolving challenges that require quick behavioral or process changes. However, traditional training formats are often too long, delayed, or disconnected from immediate business needs.
There was a need for a fast, scalable learning solution that could address critical issues in real time while keeping employees engaged and focused.
I designed a weekly microlearning video series that delivers short, focused learning experiences addressing one critical business problem at a time.
Each video presents a relatable scenario, highlights the problem, and demonstrates a practical solution in a concise and engaging format.
The use of storytelling, animation, and real-world context ensures that learners can quickly understand and apply the concepts in their day-to-day work.
I followed a rapid and iterative design approach, starting with identifying high-priority business challenges through stakeholder discussions.
Once the topic was finalized, I translated the problem into a scenario-driven narrative, followed by scriptwriting, visual design, and video production.
The videos were then published on the LMS for immediate access, enabling quick learning adoption across teams.
For each video, I created concise, scenario-based scripts that focused on a single learning objective.
The storytelling approach was designed to capture attention quickly, present a relatable challenge, and guide the learner toward a clear, actionable solution within a limited time frame.

I designed and developed animated video content using a combination of AI tools and creative software.
